Absolutely. Our dedicated transition team handles every detail — ACAT transfers, document collection, carrier correspondence, and account consolidation. Most transitions complete within 15 business days with zero disruption to your investment positions or insurance coverage.
You can leave with 30 days written notice, no lock-in penalties on standard relationships. We facilitate a clean transition including full data export, document handoff, and custodian transfer assistance. Most clients who leave do so for logistical reasons (relocation, retirement), not dissatisfaction.

Part A — Service Usage

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using any services provided by Life Time Finance Assets Financial ("the Firm," "we," "us"), you confirm you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Disagreement with any provision requires immediate cessation of use and formal account closure request.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age with legal capacity to enter binding contracts. Business entity users confirm authorization to bind that entity. We may request identity verification and legal documentation at any time.

3. Account Registration

Account creation requires accurate information: full legal name, email, phone, date of birth, and government-issued identification. Prompt updates are mandatory for any changes. False or misleading information constitutes material breach warranting immediate suspension.

4. Credential Security

You bear sole responsibility for safeguarding login credentials, passwords, PINs, and authentication tokens. Sharing credentials is prohibited. Immediate notification of unauthorized access is required. The Firm assumes no liability for losses from compromised credentials.

5. Service Scope

Life Time Finance Assets provides: lending (home, education, business, auto, personal, mortgage); insurance brokerage (auto, health, house, mortgage, life, business, burial, pet, travel); investment advisory (mutual funds, gold, stocks, digital currency); wealth management (investment management, estate planning, risk management, retirement planning, tax optimization, education planning); digital payments (credit card services, mobile wallets, P2P payments, payment gateways, debit cards, bill payments); debt relief (consolidation, settlement, bankruptcy guidance); home warranty (appliance protection, electrical system coverage, plumbing protection); and auto warranty (vehicle coverage, mechanical breakdown coverage, repair cost coverage).

6. Service Modifications

We may modify, enhance, suspend, or discontinue services with reasonable notice. Material changes to active subscriptions or products receive 30 days' advance notice via email and portal. Good-faith efforts minimize disruption.

7. Acceptable Use

Platforms are for lawful purposes in compliance with all regulations. Prohibited: unauthorized access, automated bots, infrastructure interference, impersonation, and actions compromising security or harming other users.

8. Prohibited Activities

Strictly prohibited: money laundering, terrorist financing, Bank Secrecy Act or USA PATRIOT Act violations, fraudulent information submission, market manipulation, and OFAC sanctions violations. Violations trigger immediate termination and law enforcement referral.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, software, interfaces, and designs are our exclusive property or licensors'. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license for personal/authorized business access. Reproduction or commercial exploitation without written consent is prohibited.

10. Advisory Disclaimer

Information and recommendations are educational and informational only — not personalized financial, legal, or tax advice. Consult qualified independent professionals before decisions. Past performance does not guarantee future results.

Part B — Payments

11. Accepted Methods

Bank transfers (ACH/wire), credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), digital wallets, certified checks, and electronic fund transfers. Availability varies by service and jurisdiction. Methods may be declined for security or compliance.

12. Fee Transparency

All fees disclosed in service agreements, fee schedules, or product documentation before engagement. Categories: advisory fees (AUM-tiered), origination fees, premiums, transaction fees, subscriptions, and consultation fees. Complete schedules available in your portal.

13. Pricing Changes

Subscription adjustments require 60 days' written notice. Fixed-term contracts are unaffected until renewal. You may terminate before new pricing without penalty. Loan and insurance pricing follows carrier/market terms at origination.

14. Processing Timelines

Standard payments: 1–3 business days. Bank transfers: up to 5 days. Loan disbursements (post-underwriting): 5–10 days. You authorize charges against designated payment methods for amounts due.

15. Late Payment Penalties

Overdue beyond 15 days: 1.5%/month (18% annually) on outstanding balance, or maximum lawful rate. Continued non-payment triggers service suspension, credit reporting, and external collection. We attempt contact at least twice first.

16. Refund Policy

Advisory fees non-refundable post-commencement (except our error). Insurance refunds follow carrier policy. Subscriptions prorated if cancelled within 7 days of billing cycle. Loan application fees non-refundable after underwriting begins. Written requests processed within 30 business days.

17. Tax Obligations

You are solely responsible for all taxes: investment gains, capital gains, transaction taxes. We provide required documentation (1099 forms) where mandated. Nothing herein constitutes tax advice. Consult a qualified tax professional.

18. Currency Considerations

Default: US Dollars. Foreign currency conversions use prevailing market rates plus applicable spreads at transaction time. The Firm is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations between initiation and settlement.

Part C — Liability

19. Limitation of Liability

To maximum extent permitted by law, Life Time Finance Assets, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages including lost profits, data, or business opportunities, regardless of legal theory.

20. Investment Risk Acknowledgment

All investments involve inherent risk including potential total loss. Values fluctuate based on uncontrollable market conditions. No specific return, income, or profit is guaranteed. Historical performance is informational only.

21. Third-Party Provider Liability

Services involve third-party providers (carriers, processors, custodians, hosts). We are not liable for their acts, omissions, errors, delays, or failures. Third-party relationships are governed by their own terms.

22. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Life Time Finance Assets and its affiliates from all claims, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising from your breach, misuse, legal violations, or submitted content.

23. Force Majeure

No liability for failures/delays from circumstances beyond reasonable control: natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, war, terrorism, civil unrest, power/internet outages, cyberattacks. Reasonable resumption efforts will be made.

24. Maximum Liability Cap

Total aggregate liability shall not exceed the lesser of: (a) fees paid in the twelve months preceding the claim, or (b) $100,000. This applies across all legal theories — contract, tort, strict liability, or otherwise.

25. Data Breach Liability

Upon breach: prompt notification per law, 24 months complimentary credit monitoring, reasonable mitigation assistance. No liability for breaches caused by your credential security failure.

Part D — Cancellation Policy

26. User-Initiated Cancellation

Cancel advisory/subscription services with 30 days' written notice. A 30-day wind-down allows data download, statement export, and transition. No cancellation fee on standard advisory relationships.

27. Loan Cancellation

Withdraw applications before disbursement without penalty. Post-disbursement early repayment follows loan agreement terms. Most products allow penalty-free early repayment; certain commercial loans may include fees as disclosed.

28. Insurance Cancellation

Follows specific policy and carrier regulations. Prepaid premium refunds calculated pro-rata per carrier's minimum earned premium. We facilitate carrier communication within 5 business days. Cancellation may affect coverage continuity and insurability.

29. Firm-Initiated Termination

Immediate suspension/termination for: material breach, fraud, regulatory violations, 60+ day overdue fees, security threats, or legal orders. Written notice with reasons within 10 business days where permitted.

30. Holdings After Cancellation

Cancelling advisory does not liquidate holdings. Options: transfer to another custodian, request liquidation (market conditions apply), or maintain positions with limited management. Unmanaged accounts incur custodial fees.

31. Data Retention Post-Cancellation

Minimum 7-year retention post-cancellation, longer if regulations require. Data exports available during wind-down. After retention periods, data is securely deleted or anonymized. Compliance records may be indefinite.

32. Dispute Resolution

Internal resolution first (60 days). Unresolved disputes: binding arbitration under AAA Commercial Rules in Greenwich, CT (or agreed location). Each party bears own costs unless arbitrator decides otherwise. Jury trial and class action rights waived.

33. Governing Law

Connecticut law without conflict-of-laws provisions. Non-arbitration proceedings in federal/state courts in USA. Personal jurisdiction in these courts is consented to.

34. Term Modifications

Updates may occur periodically. Material changes: 30 days' email notice. Continued use after effective date constitutes acceptance. Current version always available on our website and portal.

35. Severability

Invalid or unenforceable provisions are modified to minimum extent for validity or severed, with remaining provisions in full effect.

36. Waiver

Failure to enforce any right does not waive it. Waivers must be written and signed by an authorized officer. Waiving one instance does not waive others.

37. Entire Agreement

These terms, with applicable service agreements, fee schedules, privacy policy, and incorporated documents, constitute the entire agreement, superseding all prior communications.
